Check in with yourself in about 3 minutes.

Okaya is a short, private check-in. You talk with Sanora, Okaya's AI guide, for about 3 minutes on your phone or laptop. You see how today compares with your own earlier check-ins. Your result is yours.

What a check-in is

  1. Open it when you choose

Check in before a big day, after a hard one or whenever you want to know where you stand, on your phone or laptop in the browser.

  2. Talk with Sanora for about 3 minutes

Sanora asks a few questions. Okaya looks at how you sound, what you say and how your expression moves, using points from your face, not a video of you.

  3. See your result

You see how today compares with your own earlier check-ins, with ideas and resources if you want them. Okaya does not diagnose anything.

What you see over time

Your first check-ins set your starting point. After that, each result shows how today compares with your own earlier check-ins.

A single day can be up or down for many reasons, so the trend tells you more. Over a few weeks you see your own pattern, such as which weeks wear you down and how quickly you come back.
